01 · Introduction

Revenue Locker ("we," "us," or "our") is a service operating in Ontario, Canada. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit revenuelocker.com or use our services.

02 · Information We Collect

We collect information in two distinct capacities.

A. Information from Our Clients (Pool Service Companies)

When you sign up for Revenue Locker, book a demo, or use our platform, we collect:

  • Full name and business name
  • Email address and phone number
  • Service area, pricing, and operational details you provide during onboarding

B. Information Processed on Behalf of Our Clients (End-User Data)

As part of our AI receptionist service, we process data on behalf of our clients. When a consumer calls a phone number powered by Revenue Locker, we collect and process the following on behalf of the pool service company receiving that call:

  • Call recordings and transcripts
  • Caller phone numbers and contact details provided during the call
  • Pool and service details relevant to the inquiry
  • SMS message logs

Revenue Locker acts as a data processor for this end-user information. The pool service company is the data controller responsible for its customers and for obtaining any required consumer consent under applicable law.

SMS consent data is never sold, rented, or used for any purpose other than delivering the messages you consented to receive. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

05 · TCPA Notice — United States Recipients

If you are located in the United States, the following applies in addition to the above:

By providing your phone number, you expressly consent in writing to receive autodialed or prerecorded SMS messages from Revenue Locker at the number provided. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any message.

06 · Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: Trusted technology partners — including Twilio for SMS delivery and your connected CRM platform — solely for the purpose of delivering our services. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own marketing purposes.
  • Legal requirements: If required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority.
  • Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide advance notice.

07 · Data Retention

We retain client account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services.

Call recordings and transcripts generated through our platform are retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted, unless retention is required by law or you request earlier deletion. Requests for early deletion can be submitted to [email protected].
